Bought micromax canvas p480 tablet from Amazon. It is good but the only problem is that battery life is worst. When I bought it it is written on the box as anniversary edition and os is given as lollipop 5.0, I felt very happy for this. Because all the tabs of this model are kitkat and when I taken my tab to the service Centre in my city they downgraded to kit Kat 4.4.2.
When I asked them about it they are helpless & #128547; . This is the worst experience in service center of micromax. They must tell me that it will be downgraded without telling anything they downgraded my os version. Worst service
