I purchased this tab on Feb 2015. after a month it started giving problems like not charging. switching off. I took the tab to service center in Bangalore. They said the tab cannot be opened in bangalore and will be sent to Delhi back end. I waited for it for month long and I did not get proper response either from customer service center or repair center.
After waiting for one and half month they replaced with unused tab. they said its new. After hetting the replaced tab I used it for 15 days or so it started giving same problem. again I went and gave it to service. again it was sent to Delhi from Bangalore. Again I was made to wait for month and half and gave me another tab saying new. the service center guys give rude answer like you call call center and ask details. The worst experience I faced with this manufacturer. Decided not to go with micromax even if its is cheap.
