I purchased this micromax p480 tablet following 3 month. you can relate is as good but the main problem with it is battery. when I bought it only kitkat version and it said free lollipop upgrade, but whenever I went to update it said no updates found. when I delivered from snapdeal I was very exited. but now when I opened it, I found its screen touch damaged.
I called snapdeal and they said they will replace it, but after a week or two they refused to take it saying it was too late for replacing. they had only 7 days replacement of their product and advised me to take to nearest service center with the bill. but when I went to the service center thay said they will try to repair it for free and give it in 2 weeks. whenever I go to service center they said one more week and continued the same for about 2 month. then one day I went to them and started shouting on them, and then you know what they did? I really hate micromax service centers. not gonna buy the micromax product once again. they will really improve the customer care service.
