Micromax, a brand which knows how to get hard earned money wasted of a customer. We used to hear that Micromax has the research & development department but they do not have a quality check department. They developed the product and launched it in the market.Customer is someone who use it and test it. Now, its a proven truth.
Come on Micromax! Spend a little money on testing too. Don’t run after quantity only. Delivering quality should be your priority.
I purchased Micromax canvas model no -9113072037728 on 26 Dec, 2013. Phone could not sustain for 2 days. It went dead. We took it too the shopkeeper, service centre but nothing happened. I just going round and round. More than 10 days now nobody is listening. The phone seems to be Damaged when I bought it. It was an open package.
Now I have lost faith in MIcromax. I am not going to recommend this brand to any one not to my friends, family not even to my coming generation.
My 10000 bucks went in vain. How terrible it is.!
