It was in 2014 that Micromax announced a strategic partnership with MediaTek that powers one of every three smartphones in the world. At its heart is the 2GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 Processor combined with 3GB of RAM. There’s 32G B of Internal Memory and support for Micro SD cards(up to 128 GB with a dedicated slot) that allows you to expand the memory of the device. The device didn’t disappoint in terms of day to day performance and compares favourably with other devices in this price tag. The reason that tips the scales in the device’s favour is a 4000 mAh battery that comfortably lasts you for a day without any hitches.
I found the performance of the device quite smooth to be honest. There were zero lags while opening apps or switching in between them. Scrolling through the app launcher was also a smooth sail. There were no noticeable jitters while playing games and scrolling through Facebook feeds or YouTube videos. So, even under pressure, I’d say the phone delivers a stellar performance considering the price band.
