Buying this mobile is one of the stupidest decision I ever made. yes, i’m one of those people who fell for the looks and crazy track ball but that’s all this mobile has, the operablity is very bad and within a week I started facing trouble with this. before I start to blabber my sad story let me tell you the connectivity is good and FB, MSN keys is really helpful.
First of all its just a Korean/china type mobile in a sexy casing, it has 2 MP camera but quality is like 1.3 MP and most importantly the service is very poor. After a week I bought this mobile its user profile wont change from headset even after removing the headset, initially the problem got recovered after plugging in the headset for couple times but latter no matter what I tried the profile wont change, guess wat! even now i’m using it with headset plugged in and carry it wherever I go.
The service centre guy told me it would take 10-15 days to be repaired coz the jack needs to be replaced and it should come from the factory!! apparently the service centre for micromax is also authorized servicers of maxx, lemon, fly and spice mobiles(!!!) so no dedicated service. The service guy also told more than 15 such issues was reported to him and the track ball too gets crapped soon. He laughed and said "you bought this because it looks like a costly mobile right!! see that’s why you’re suffering".
My intention is not to talk bad about Micromax mobiles, but guys i’m just being obvious here, I admit I made a mistake by buying this so don’t do it. and if u had already bought it, I feel sorry for you.
