Bad phone & even worst service

I bought a brand new Micromax Q5 few months back and after using it for less than 3 months I faced the problem of track ball malfuctioning.i had given it for servicing on 2nd of November 2010 and its almost close to 3 months they havent serviced my phone and when everytime I go there they say that the phone has been sent to nashik and it hasnt come yet.


It’s been 3 months now and still the phone hasnt arrived from nashik.


oh plz I got the delivery of my brand new scooty within 2 months during this period and these guys cant service the phone in 3 months.


From now onwards forget buying I wont even go in the shop which sells these third class phones.


I would rather buy a chinese phone that any of the micromax phones bcoz atleast I know for sure the phone will not work after few months.
