I have been looking for a new battery for Q55 for the past few months, but shockingly, am not able to get one. The authorised service centre says that Micromax does not manufacture new batteries and only reconditioned batteries with a warranty of one month are given by the company. Is this the state of one of the largest manufacturers of mobile phones in the country? It appears that Micromax is quite sure that their phones will not last as long the batteries, so there would be no requirement of new batteries !!
There is no response from Micromax side also despite many mails.
