Although i used to be a great Micromax phone and recommended the same to many of my friends but since April 2013 this perception of mine shattered by witnessing the worst type of after sales service provided by Micromax.
My story starts like this,
I purchased a Micromax tablet P275 in April 2013 hoping to get the best deal but after using it hardly 1 month problem appeared and i submitted it to the service center i.e Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. To my surprise it takes almost 2 months to repair that product and after two months I received the product after using it for 15 days another problem persists and I submitted it again at the service center in August 2013 and still I’ve n’t received it.
In a nut shell its been almost 6 months since I bought the item and used it only of 1 month hardly and remaining 4 months it lied in the service center.
