EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE COMMITMENT

An REAL bad customer experience from Micromax. QUALITY of PHONE really bad. Accept the facts and now realize lot of friends were right when they suggested not to buy.


Moreover let me share my experience with this 45 days of hand holding with CANVAS 2 plus. REQUEST all my friends to COMMENT or SHARE the same.


1)Within 45 days of purchase phone has a charging problem ask for replacement they say see below(2)


2)Company has a policy of No replacement after 7 day of buying the phone.


3)Company service center cant say when will you get back the repaired set they reply (ek din bhi lag sakta hain yah ek mahina).GRT!!


4)You post any comment in MICROMAXs Facebook page it gets deleted within fraction of seconds SO THE COMPANY DOESN’T EVEN LIKE FEEDBACK’S. (attached a snapshot of my 2nd txt in their FB page which they might have deleted by now).


5)Moreover the phone number provided in the WARRANTY CARD does not work and NO ONE REVERTS to the MAIL ID PROVIDED THERE. (attached the first mail to Micromax seeking support).


To top up the icing the OWNER gets a interview published today in TOI where in they plan to expand in eastern Europe and Russia. (GUYS inform your friends there). They sign up huge Jackman at a bomb price but CANT Look into their BASIC SERVICING REQUIREMENT.


AND CLAIMS to be a 7000cr company by next year. Really got the equation right now HOW they r making money.
