Dear Users, I had given my battery to Ms Phone World M.G.Road Pune on 07/July/2012 for replacement as my battery was in warranty but didn’t get yet. However, I got the SMS that my job sheet has been closed. I have visited multiple times to their service centre but are speaking as hopeless. They are cheating to customer only for Rs. 200 -300. I am planning to go consumer court regarding same & will update to media so that user should know about company.
