I request you don’t buy Micromax & don’t fool yourself other wise soon you will be the next writing reviews. Its totally Bogus & Fraud Company. They are only focusing on selling JUNKS but no service as their products require service from the time you open up the seal. This is really creating hazard and contributing more in to E waste/ Electronic Junk as you wont be able to use your product and will end up by throwing it in to garbage soon.
I am just another FOOL writing this review of after giving up of following up with the customer service center guys, I curse from the bottom of my heart. The worst ever cellphone company in the earth. Never buy such bogus, waste product, in fact it should be band. I suggest, better donate that amount to beggars. In the name of customer care they are bullying people by all ways. My story is like others, I bought a PHABLET P350 in December and It started showing speaker problem from the next day onwards, handed to the service center (New TIRUPATHI Cellulars, Pimpri, PUNE) in JAN 2013 and yet I am not getting the tablet back after thousands of follow up calls.
