Just 6 months after I purchased the Karbonn velox smart tab 8. One yellow line and one purple line are appearing on the screen. I was told at their T Nagar service center (which is also the service center for Micromax and Spice) that I should check with them over after 15 days to ascertain whether the spare part has arrived.
I am not at all confident that they will be able to service my Karbonn tab.
This is the problem with companies which do not have proper service centers. This is where Nokia and Samsung score, though some of their service centers squeeze customers dry.
