Micromax is a big fraud.If you are planning to purchase a Micromax mobile phone, prop the idea. It’s the worst company in Mobile industry.
I purchased Micromax A116 HD in August 2013, Within 7 months only I found it’s battery was worse, it was not giving backup of even 5 minutes. My mobiles is still in warranty period.When I call its customer care number: 18605008286 & 01244811000 There is nobody to listen to you on these numbers, Still I am looking for some Micromax customer care who will listen me. These numbers are working but nobody answers these numbers, When the number connects someone cut the phone after receiving the call. I tried these numbers at least 10 times but did not succeed.
I personally suggest everybody "NEVER PURCHASE MICROMAX MOBILES"
Only "Hugh Jackman" can’t make this product the best.:)
