It is very disgusting to see the way the customer care centers operate under big banners like MICROMAX.
TECH TELECOM located in Hadapsar- Pune is the one I had visited few minutes back to collect my MICROMAX X510, but instead to repairing the handset I was told to get it repaired from any local mobile service centre as they are not able to solve the problem,
My newly(4 months back) purchased Micromax X510 started giving problems like not connecting to charger, and then not connecting to PC through USB cable. And then as usual I took it to authorized service centre TECH TELCOM located in Hadapsar – Pune, but after keeping the handset in servicing centre for almost 2 months I was told that they are not able to rectify the error. And after contacting help line number I was told that mother board of the handset is damaged and due to which around 80% charge of the mobile needs to be paid if needs in working condition.
My issue was just that the PC was not detecting the Mobile so I asked the service centre to check the cable and pins if there is any loose connection, but after keeping the handset for more than a month I was told that major mother board is damaged and needs to be replaced n that will be charged 80% of mobile cost.
My question is if the mobile warranty is 1 year and I haven’t damaged the handset and taken utmost care while operating but if the software of Lane cable connectivity is not getting connected then why do I again pay almost the same amount of handset for repairing.
