I have purchased Micromax Magnus from outlet in Jail road, Near Tilak Nagar New delhi on the very next day my phone got hanged and touch was not working properly after that I go to the outlet and told them so they refer me to go to service centre.
I got frustrated because they had given me 7 days return guarantee on time of purchasing and after they refuse to change so I went to service centre and from that time to till date I have submitted my phone 5 times and it got hanged again and again after 15 - 20 days but this time I am so wonder because its upto 25 days and service centre team did not get me my phone back they always said please wait 3 days Now I am totally got Mad.
Thats why don’t purchase micromax product.
