I bought a mobile, Micromax canvas win w121, I’m pretty unsatisfied by this phone but anyhow I adjusted.
One time my Mobile’s screen was broken. Then I dont know about service center so I went to market to repair it. The shopkeeper told me about 1000 for temporary and 2000 for permanent. Then I came to know about service center by Same shopkeeper.
I went there and showed brolen screen, they told me to give the box of phone. I told them that I forgot.
They send me back home to bring it. Such a rude behavior I have never seen.
They cost me 3000 ( Means 1000 more than outside shopkeeper) .
They gave me phone in 2 weeks.( And shopkeeper is promising to give in a week) .
Also they changed my backcover and excused me that cover is lost.
