Bought Canvas knight ( White) . Used it for 2-3 months. Worked pretty impressive. But all of a sudden, there was problem in its charging port, company accepted to repair it under warranty. Submitted my phone at Lajpat Nagar service center. It was almost a month and I was tired of hearing that you phone will reach us tomorrow. One day, I was late and got to meet the owner of the service center. He looked into the matter and promised us to return our phone in 3 days and a delivery partner will deliver it to my place. 2 days later I recieved a call from MMX saying that collect the phone from delivery partner at a nearby store. He disagreed to deliver at my home as he said he have multiple phones to delivered. Woah! On opening rhe box I found that I recieved another phone ( Black color instead of white) with a broken screen. SUCH A CHEAT. FRAUD COMPANY. DON’T BUY STUFF FROM MICROMAX.
