I have micromax canvas juice 2 and it was working fine till yesterday but today in the morning it went totally off so I thought might be their is no charge so putted into charging and let it to charged for 1 hour after 1 hour when I tried to reboot I was it was not rebooting
so I thought to take it too micromax service center and I went their I saw a huge crowd and people are sitting in the chair waiting for their turn to get called from the service agent to check their phone so I followed the same rule and took the token which was 25 number mean I am in queue after 24 people so after waiting or you say wasting more than 2 and half hour I got my number and I was called inside and show my phone and told them my issue in detail and they checked my phone thoroughly and after checking for about 15 min they simply said I have software update problem
but I was very aware that my battery is not working and some how its in brink of getting damage so I requested them to check my battery condition but they said my battery is in good conditions if their is any issue that is my software not my battery so they took another one hour to updated it and finally the handed over me phone so I thought my problem is resolved and I came home but after using like half an hour its again turned off and not getting reboot
they are like cheating people if your in under warranty period they wont change any parts from their end even if you know that part is about to damage or already damaged but when your not in under warranty period they will show u hundred of reason to change parts from them even if you have really minor issue like software update
