No after sales service

My boss got 2 micromax split AC 1.5 for our office, we said YAY! The yay was not to be because the ac in office started dripping water and I could hear some growling too, I checked for a leopard in the window but it was not to be.It was the AC indeed. Then what began a month ago has resulted in my AC lying on the floor unassembled with the Contact persons not picking up our calls. So, after the initial water dripping scenario we called them, and they turned up like kings at their convenience, they concurred that the fault lies in the piping work, so they began work on it, they worked for 3/4 days then disappeared then reappeared then took another 4/5 days, frantic calling in between to beg them to turn up, so they do one day and a man named Arvind says that I am sick even then I came, awwwww .i was tempted to say that. So they wrap work after a fortnight and I feel the worst is over. But no the Ac stops working one night and since we have had enough of it since it is just a month old we say we need a replacement, the service guy says no we have a repair policy and no replacement policy, which is a shame if it exists. They say we want to take the ac to the workshop, we disagree as we don’t trust them and already in a month the ac has been worked upon so much, we are totally within our right to ask for a replacement.Most other companies. sly buggers these under the pretext of preparing a report they open up the AC dissemble it and suddenly tell us that we shall be taking it to the workshop. We refuse, so they say okay we will comeback after lunch and check the ac right here and they never return leaving the ac dissembled on my bed.Its been 3 days now and nothing has moved except the AC since I need the bed to sleep on. I have been only getting only automated responses on twitter. This is really the worst company I have come across.
