I am Nagaraj who purchased the Micromax X260 on 31-10-09, starting it was very good, I used to say all mine friends about the features and phone, but after one month some line was displayed on the display, when I went to service center on 17/12/ 09 they took the complaint and said they will replace, but still now they are not following the complaint, when ever I go there they was no proper response, and the people who were came to repair the same cell phone they were scholding the service center as well as the product.
The service center are one is R T Outsoursing and other is in Rajajinagar 1st block.
So I would like you to solve the problems of the customers and satisfies their needs, first when I purchased the phone I used to say all mine friends to purchase the same which I purchased, even mine few friends purchased on behalf of me, now they are saying that the service center is not responding for your phone, when something is happened to our phone the same thing will happen to us what you are having.
