I have purchased micromax Q5 phone and pissed off.
Micromax is worst phone where facing lot of issues with it. whenever something happened to micromax phone ur dead the poorest service provider it has.
This phone is cheap so ppl go for it but I would say go for china made peice as we are not cheated in that case at least we know if this goes dead we want expcet return from it.
the micromax is a big cheater .providing 24*7 call center num which is fake and not reachable ever.
the only mail id given is info@micromaxinfo.com, if you mailed on it u gonna never get reply.
i request you to please refrain from buying this peace I got Q5 and in just ten days I got problem it took 10 more days to search authorized service center of micromax at last I got address of miraroad shanti chember
i submitted my cell micromax Q5 to service center my JOB ID is 385131, they submitted the phone and said will call back tomorrow with exact cost and time to fix this peace.
i never ever got a call from these guys and above all whenever I tried to reach them the cell phone always switched off. as the stamped IMI mobile care with cell no9004918000. it took me 10 days to get on phone these guys and now they are giving me excuse like the battery is not proper dat’s y it’s switching off.
consider the situation where getting such irresponsible answer from service center. above all they said it gonna take more 25 days as we have forwarded to head office this phone.[without customer’s confirmation how can they do this]
learn from my lession, to get rid of agony and tension and waste of time please avoid to purchase such phone.
