Worst phone...worst company...worst customer service... within purchase of 3 months, phone was dead..given back to service center and they have returned me today after almost 3 months. Customer service is worst ever who don’t have any traction between them due to which we customer suffer a lot. Accordingly company helpline X450 phone itself is having problem across customers. it shows what kind of testing company does before launching product. I have never faced such company in my life which is clueless on problem for 3 months ..after follow-ups everyday I have got phone today...hopefully this will worl...kharalwadi, pimpri, pune service center is worst among all. Specially Mr Sandeep who doesn’t know how to talk to customer.
