I stopped using IE due to the lack of customization. The white look is alright at first then starts to look too clinical and there are, as of when I last checked, no alternative themes. There’s also very few extensions compared to Firefox and Chrome.
In Windows 8 I gave up on IE pretty quickly as it kept resetting to Bing rather than letting me use Google which was bugging me. If you want to put me off a search engine force me to use it when I’m already happy with another. Add to this the constant "your browser could be faster" dialogs at the bottom getting in the way(which I can’t switch off).
I just use it to download Google Chrome and never ever look back at it again.
