MICROSOFT CARE:-
Hi!
I am VIPULKRISHNA . I have given my mobile phone in Microsoft Care center for its repair of some damage.
I have given it on 1st of December, 2015 and they gave me Target Delivery date 26-12-2015 and customer care also told me that I will get my phone by 26th of December, 2015 .
On 26th of December, 2015, I asked them for my phone but they gave me a new date - 28th of December and customer care executive also.
Customer care’s executive was talking to me in Informal way.
But still I don’t receive my phone.
This behavior is intolerable. They have to give me a fixed date and by that date my phone should be received by me. Instead of giving my phone they are giving me dates.
"MICROSOFT" is a well established name and they are destroying its respect.

Now you tell me! WHERE TO GO?
