Yes, this is true, Worst mobile Lumia, I don’t recommend this mobile to anybody. I tried every thing from voice calling to internet assistance on Microsoft sites and this is useless. I cant do special things with my phone and nothing but to answer calls . Forgot to buy this lumia mobile phone. Its just wasting my money on this Microsoft lumia crap. The worst touch screen experience I have had. Battery and touch screen is poor in performance. I am not recommending to buy Crap. Worthless.
