I can used both the mobiles because I am a fan of windows phone now a days I can use the lumia 730.The lumia 540 hangs sometime if uuu runs more than 5-7 aplication in background it can be reboot so many ti.es for wts app .Hanging pro lem also occurs in its ooerating system.
On lumia 640 .many peoples not know about the lumia 640 because it can avaliable only on online store .When uu buy a new lumia 640 it having inly one problem that it can be resart any time during when uu use but this can be already fixed by microsoft.
When uu buy a new lumia 640 u get an important critical update of 1mb that fixed uur problem then enjoy
