I bought my Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard 1.0A thinking that since it is from Microsoft it must be great. But not everything that Microsoft makes is great.
I learned this lesson the hard way. It has nice row of multimedia buttons on top but then again those buttons never really get used as we are trained to use other commands since childhood. And the next generation works directly on touch screens so they will anyways not use those mult-media buttons.
There are alot of things I do not like about Microsoft Multimedia Keyboard 1.0A. It is not ergonomically designed. I get aches in my fingers after typing on it for long. The keys have become very hard and noisy in a short period of time. My key gets stuck every time I press it causing alot of problems when I have to use it.
Verdict: There are better options available out there.
