In order to have documentation you just need to have in a Microsoft office and that too a 2007 edition with some of the features added on the the previous version.Office is still a better option because it provides an ease to the functionality and the user can edit insert or copy any texts image etc to the given document.The power point Presentation is like a boon to the Microsoft which makes it even more value for money.!
SO Microsoft OFFICE 2007 is the best for all software.!
