Yes, because these features are almost afterthoughts on the laptop. When it was debuted, it was suggested you could lift the screen off and show someone what you’re working on, but that’s about the extent of its use. If you really need a tablet/stylus combo for work or because it’s of particular appeal, the Surface Pro 4 has the same functionality at a fraction of the price, and now has a great keyboard.


You can only charge the system when it’s docked.


The fact that [the charging port] is on the keyboard dock is also a bit awkward, because it means there’s no way to charge the tablet half alone.
