I bought a Microsoft 1850 wireless mouse 3 months ago. It supports all common operating system. Considering the brand’Microsoft’ and a decent price of Rs. 850/-, I didn’t give any second thought and went ahead with ordering the product online on Flipkart. The same was delivered within 5 days at my doorstep.
The look of the product was pretty decent. However, the feel turned me off. Microsoft is known worldwide for its hardware too. This instance, it disappointed as I felt that the product has been made up of low quality and cheap material. Moreover, the left click of the mouse has stopped functioning properly just in 3 months of time. How in the world can one expect Microsoft to manufacture such a product. I need to click deliberately 3-4 times for the left click to function. Patience lost!
Well it is understood that manufacturing defects do occur, but it is also known that Microsoft as a brand is a market leader and such glitches are not expected from a top tier manufacturer. Needs Improvement!
