Exactly, it makes about as much sense as the Xbox One S not having the ability to upscale Blu ray movies. I have a Seiki 4K ( HDMI 2.0) television that doesn’t natively upscale. It does have an optional upscaling HDMI cable, BUT that cable only supports HDMI 1.4 and so 1080p max from the console and it then does an okay job of upscaling Blu ray but game upscaling looks worse than natively upscaled to 4K from the Xbox One S.
Not bad. It is a good video game .
Just go for it.
