I have bought this product 3 year back and found it While its working without any failure its fine but once we got a complaint it wil never resolved permanently it will repair and after some time the same will be happen again after some time These make were installed at our office and due to this we have lossed our data many time because when the power will gone and we worked with Inverters on our computer but after some minutes only its became shutdown automatically There were no any alarms worked and if any spare will gone damage it will be a lot of time for replace the same due to spares non availability with dealer There is a difference in the shown rating and actual rating during flow the current by inverters The dealer service support never found prompt Its every time delay
