I Bought 750 VA Microtek Inverter from Kochi, Kerala.
The person who sold it to me told he was company rep and offered one year AMC. After one year, both the company and its service centre has vanished.
There is no authorised service centre for Mocrotek in Kochi as ofnow.
I enquired from local inverter dealers, he says company has withdrawn from Kerala.
Why? I do not know.
I am not satisfied with product as it has developed fault as is giving no output after two year of use.
A bad buy for me.
See availability of authrised dealers and service centres in your area before you buy one.
It took me much time and effort to fine onelocal repair man who offered top have a look and tell me after few days if its worth repair.
The very reason I bought it was after seeing its ads in TV and thinking it will have a good after sales service network throughout the nation, but it is not to be.
May be companies should not launch such products in areas where they cannot provide aftersales services.
