Never buy microtek if you want peace of your mind

I was suggested by my friends to buy su-kam but when I went to buy su-kam one of the dealer in my colony M/s Vikas Enterprises convinced me to buy Microtek and Okaya baterry.

I came under his convincing power and now I don’t know how to come out of the situation. I bought 800 VA Sinewave Inverter with 150 AH Baterry 6 months back. I called the engineer for poor backup they told me that baterry is new will start giving proper back up after 15 days..even after 30 days ot was the same, calling the service people is a nightmare they don’t pick up the call even when they pick up the call they don’t give proper response.

Calling them and making them understan is a huge project everytime when I have to call them. Secondly everytime a new engineer comes and you make him understand afresh your problem. The Inverter also started giving trouble after the 40 days approximately.

I don’t know what they do, they bring a card and change it every 15 days and after 15 or 20 days there is a blast in Inverter and the lights goes off and we are without power even having inverter has not served any purpose. All my friends recomended su-kam but my luck was really bad the I landed at the wrong dealer. I talked to that dealer and ready to have a dent in my pocket for exchange of Su-kam but no help from his side. Anybody has any solution for my problem. iam really frustrated after buying Microtek..
