We have been using a Microtek 24X7 DG900 variant of Microtek inverter from the last 20 months in our home. Initially it worked quite well but from the last few months we are facing an excruciating issue with this inverter. Its fuse blows very frequently ( at least twice a month) and every time we have to call customer service to fix the problem. Every time the service operator visits our home he tells us that you are running a heavy load on the inverter but I am sure that no heavy load is running on inverter. I said him to check if he can find what was that heavy load which is responsible for fuse blown and he himself searched for that but didn’t find it because we are not running any heavy load on the inverter. Microtek should have to work on this issue.
