Had purchased an inverter and battery of microtech in june 2012, today the backup is 30 min only, this afternoon their representative comes further to our call and the finding is "need to change the battery as warranty period is over and this is the life of the product ."
Not even 2 years a battery life, pathetic, ads and promos shows a different story. No quality in product.
Local batteries are far better than, paying 10000 and 1.8 y only support is utter nonsense.
Please dont get cheated, better is Luminous and even V-Gard.
I made the mistake, but will ensure they pay for this.
