We bought sone wave UPS and after using it almost 6 months its battery stopped working and we called support we were told that battery will be rrplaced and a person will be sent to change the batteries .
Everytime the problem presisted and we wauted but no one came and then from our expenses we had to change the batteries.What is the use if such a product if it doesn’t even last for at lest a year.Really a disappointment and I wont recommend it after having these experiences .
