Hi, I have used this product 3 year ago. I was very unhappy to buy it. I have bought it through online. Its appearance in site was looking good. But when I got this product I was shocked to see it. It was awkward. It is not handy beacuse of large size. When I used it first time I was upset to see its performance. Its backup was only 10 minutes. After 3 month its backup power went from bad to worse. I want to change it. I called to customer care and said to change it. Customer representative said me to take it on service centre. Service centre was 10 km away from my home. I think this is a fraud company which allure its customer initially. I suggest to avoid such a vile company.
