I was using this invereter and battery since 2 years. Previously I felt it was working great but after 8 months I found a power fluctuation and it was providing less power back up as compared to neighbour’s inverter while the power consumption was same in both the house.
I called to the merchant from where I bought it, his mechanic came to us and said that there is no big fault it’s a normal problem with all of the brands and asked me to refill the water in battery and promised that it will work properly. So did the same.
But problem was not resolved. So now I stopped using it and bought a inverter and battery from other brand which is working properly yet now.
