Microtek is a company that is best known for UPS and invertors. With that faith people buy the product. We bought Heritage Plus UPS just based in the brabd name without doing any thorough research like checking mouthshut.
Likes: Light weight.
Dislikes: Many are there. It runs out if battery and starts showing warning signals after 2 hours of usage. When took it to the shop the retailer was aloof of the problem and asked to call the customer care. Customer care representative was also very difficult to talk to. Any ways we decided its too much of tension for one UPS. We just left the product and biught a new one from another company which has been working fine.
