Durability - As of now I believe this is durable for home need with below specifications
4 tube lights
2 Ceiling Fans
2 Bed rooms
1 TV
If all the 4 specifications are used at one go, then the back up will stand for 3 hours to 4 hours. I have tried it and it best.
User Friendly - Yes, it is user friendly in operating. The inverter has the best quality of alarming if the charging is drying up. It will keep on beeping if the charging is around 10% and it will shut down at 0%.
Support - The best part is support from the dealer. Let it be in any of the cities or location within the city. The nearest dealer will help you if you are in need of it.
