I am very sick of of carrier service provider. I did complaint many times but I dint get any resolution from service center and I was think that carrier is a best company in servicing but I was Wrong and I never recommend this company to othe.r coz of late servicing and servicing is not good. so plz resolv my problem asap.
New Washing Machine(Front Load) bought from authorized dealer in Kanpur(Leo electronics) in October 2016. Firstly purchase machine then I registered product in company and he says my technician as soon as wisit at your home but after 2 days not to come any technician and I again call to company to after 4 days technician come for demo and installation.
And I am facing some problem then again I raised a complaint on 12 March 2018 with serice helpline number of the company. and technician had come and he says replacment of part. with in 4-5 working days but Not a single technician and any followed upon the service request for next 20days. Received an sms that service request number is cancelled.
There is poor response from service centre and they don’t care.
I am really frustrated and want to raise a complaint against the company.
