We bought this machine before 4 years and in 30 days we had a problem about it. We called to midea service center, we talked to them then they converted our complaint to there Vcare center one person came and he solved our problem we paid him his fees too but in 20 days it again get damaged. We called to midea service center but they did not responded because the first person who was came to our house didn’t give the payment to the company because of there personal issue and we didn’t get the bill after few days they responsed our call beacause we said we will do police complaint against them. No one responded our call upto today. They fully ignored us because the distance person didn’t give the bill and they make the issue of that thing. But upto today they did not repaired our machine. So I would say you that this company is frod and it’s service is also bogas they did not have manners too.
