This restaurant is running a fake giveaway on instagram where they claim that people who dine with them between 16-26 June are eligible for a lucky draw giveaway sponsored by Korea tourism. I went for dinner on 23rd June, neither the server mentioned about this nor there was any Print on restaurant. However on instagram, the hotel is advertising this via lbbbanglre and what’s hot Bengaluru pages. When I was presented the bill the server at first mentioned there is no such giveaway then she gives me a 15% off voucher saying I need to bring this again before 26th to be eligible. I ask her to call her manager as this is clearly not what they are promoting on instagram. The manager took his own sweet time to arrive after 20 mins and asked me to share my number with the server which she put in a WhatsApp group where they take bill payment images. After he left, the server informed that it’s the manual voucher where customer details are shared which will be sent to Korea tourism to pick the winners. This is the same thing they had told me on instagram. I called for the manager again who shamelessly was again 20 mins late. He still did not take my details. I paid a bill of Rs 7700and this scamster hotel did not even enroll me for giveaway. No doubt the restaurant was empty. The management is super shady and crass
