After reading good reviews about Milagrow Red-Hawk Robotic cleaner, I bought it through Ebay.I was shocked to find that it didn’t work at all ! I asked for company’s demo person to visit & check the product.He confirmed that it had manufacturing defect.
I raised a claim under Ebay-Guarantee, but they turned down my claim on stupid grounds that it was under manufacturer’s warranty ! I contacted Humantech & first they tried to put me off by giving lame excuses but after my persistence, they repaired it.
They don’t have a service-centre in Bangalore, & I had to send it to their Gurgaon office, for repairs.
