We have bought MGPT 05 Tabtop 10.4 Silver via Yebhi.com on 28th Mar 2013. This tablet only worked for 2 weeks approximately after that the PIN of the adapter came out, then we contacted the local service centre in Noida i.e. Kumar Services, Sector-2, Noida but they said they are 3rd party and will charge for everything if they repair...they don’t care if this is under warranty or not.
They also gave us the estimated amount of repair Rs. 1650/- (Rupees Sixteen Hundred Fifty Only), but they were also not ready to explain for what they are charging this amount. They kept the adapter and Tabtop for almost one month and suddenly returned us on 10th Aug saying get it rectified from where you have purchased it. It is high time, the product didn’t work for 2 weeks and this is the attitude of the service centre guys.
At this stage we are not sure that is it Tabtop which is faulty of just the adapter is faulty as we are not able to power on the device and this power adapter is not available in the market as well. Our sincere advice, don’t accept this even if it given to you free of cost...it is price of shut.
