I have been using Milagrow floor cleaning robot for almost 2 years, key points to note:
They don’t have a service centre in Bangalore, you will have to ship at your cost of Rs. 750 to their NCR Office.
Once they receive the product, they will take 2-3 weeks to respond after multiple chase
Spare costs will be totally absurb like Remote @1200, 2600 MAH battery @5500
A product can be successful only if their service is prompt and reasonable service, spare costs. They seem to be following the Canon model of low printer cost and very high cost for toners.
