In the initial years, we found Milesweb to be a good company having a nice support team who was eager to help clients and resolve their issues quickly. But in the past 1.5 years, things have degraded to a very bad extent. Support team no longer cares about issues. Too slow response rate. Support guyz dont read the ticket before responding. They just ask questions which have already been answered in the complaint itself. After multiple complaints, they dont resolve it for days. We need to keep posting and urging for a resolution, but support team doesnt care at all. They will try to do anything only if and when they want.
Even worse, most of the time, they dont give a solution and throw everything in the end of a developer. Altough we know that the same things is working fine with other service provider, but still due to the ignoring response of support team, we have to compromise and think of other ways out.
Their servers are having regular issues, and they dont respond to the support queries in a right way.
So as of my experience in the last 1.5 years, I do not recommend Milesweb. I think its the time to move to Hostgator or Bigrock now.
