I recently had a terrible experience with Milkbasket - an online grocery delivery service. I had placed a large order of groceries for my family, and had requested delivery for the next day. However, when I received the groceries, I was appalled at the quality of the products. The vegetables were wilted, the fruits were overripe, and some of the items were missing.
I was extremely disappointed and contacted the customer service of Milkbasket to inform them of the issue. Unfortunately, their response was very unhelpful. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience caused to me, they asked me to send pictures of the products, which I did immediately.
The customer service team said they would look into the issue and get back to me in two days. After two days, when I didn’t hear back from them, I decided to contact them again. To my surprise, the customer service executive had absolutely no knowledge of my complaint and asked me to send the pictures once again. This time, they said that they would get back to me in four days.
